2.Determine the purchase budget 
For the correct and responsible realisation of your housing wishes, we document the current and future income situation. Together we look at what you want and can spend as much as possible on the purchase of the house. We immediately take the additional costs into account.

3.Define search profile 
Together we draw up a personal and unique search profile. This is done on the basis of the collected data.

4.Selecting objects and living environment 
Amsterdam Real Estate helps you buy a property by searching for properties that match your search profile. In doing so, we look creatively and also outside the box.

5.Presentation and visits of selected properties 
The selected properties will be presented to you. You let us know if there are any properties that meet your expectations. At a time when it suits you, we will visit the properties together.

6.Examination of the relevant legal documents 
Amsterdam Real Estate will examine all legal documents such as proof of ownership, any development plan, VVE documents and other legal issues early in the process. We will discuss the results with you.

7.Assessment and technical research 
Amsterdam Real Estate will assess whether it is necessary to carry out further research in the home. The house will of course be appraised and after that we can call in external specialists to make the architectural report, so that any hidden defects will come to light.

8.Price negotiations with the selling party 
Amsterdam Real Estate will lead the price negotiations according to a pre-determined strategy. Each step will be discussed with you.

9.Inspections before the transfer 
Prior to the transfer of the property, the entire property (and possibly everything on the property) will be inspected together with you.

10.Transfer of property 
Buying the real property eventually happens at the notary. After signing the transport deed (also known as the title deed) at the notary, the moment that your new home is really yours is then.
